TO : EFFECTIVITY OF ASSIGNMENTS AND OTHER PERTINENT MATTERS
RE : REVEREND MONSIGNORI AND FATHERS
In view of the forth coming transfer of assignments, this office is mandated by the our local ordinary to communicate the following indications:
- All priests must be in their respective assignments on or before June 7, 2021 (which is the effectivity date). Everyone is therefore enjoined to finalize all the necessary arrangements and other important concerns before the said date. The prescriptions of can. 532 and can. 527, arts. 1 & 3 have to be strictly considered. The Archbishop has neither, in any manner whatsoever, accepted nor permitted any request for a transfer later than the effectivity date.
- We also would like to remind the priests to faithfully comply with the requirements delineated by the Oeconomus (re: a complete inventory of properties and finances). The offices of the Economus and the Chancellor are now in their final stage of completing the documents for the absolute transfer.
