MEMORANDUM
Your Reverences:
Whereas the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Palo issued a DECREE promulgating Statutes Pertinent to the Parish Organisational Structure in November 28, 2010;
And pursuant to its specific provisions that “the new parish priest must establish (1.) Parish Pastoral Council, (2.) Parish (W.E.S.T.Y) Commissions, (3.) Parish Treasurer, (4.) Parish Auditor, and (5.) Parish Finance Council within six (6) months after his installation;
This representation writes this request to all those concerned in the jurisdiction to please communicate to our office: The names of the members of the Parish Finance Council, Treasurer and Auditor, at the time of their appointment or reappointment (see: PFC Sec. 2, Art. 6).
In order to facilitate your own undertaking to organise said parish structures, we are happy to provide you herewith a copy of the pertinent statutes (in PDF and PPT Format).
