PALO, LEYTE (PH) – As Christians enter the Advent Season, the Archbishop of Palo issued a Circular Letter on November 13. The Circular letter aims to guide the Christmas Celebration and Liturgies in the Archdiocese of Palo during this time of Pandemic. It is a reality that though the Pandemic challenges us, Christians will still frequent the Christmas liturgies in our Parishes. These guidelines affirm our steadfast faith in these trying moments, but at the same time, our firm obedience to protocols set by competent authorities.
