B. WHAT TO BRING
1. ALB and WHITE STOLE for Mass
2. CASUAL CLOTHES
3. SUN and SKIN PROTECTION (sunblock or sunscreen, sunglasses, sun hat)
4. BEACH WEAR (swim wear, rashguard top, goggles, flip flops, water shoes or water sandals)
5. WATER GEAR (snorkeling gear, wet suit and similar gadgets for those who may need them)
6. MAINTENANCE MEDS (for those who need them)
7. Plenty of PATIENCE, GOOD WILL and GOOD HUMOR
C. WHAT TO KNOW
1. From April 1-3 (Monday to Wednesday), BRAVO HOTEL, Sibulan, Negros Oriental (+63 917 808 5131) will be our temporary shelter and abode. On April 4 (Thursday), we will stay overnight at LEX HOTEL, N. Escario St. Corner Juana Osmeña Ext., Cebu City (+63 998 841 4294). On April 5, Friday, we are on our own.
2. On April 1, Monday, ALL are expected to be at the Archbishop’s Residence, Cebu City for LUNCH @12 noon.
3. The buses for Dumaguete will TAKE OFF @ 1pm from the Archbishop’s Residence.
4. Each priest is assigned to a specific room in BRAVO HOTEL and LEX HOTEL. There may be two or three persons in a room. All rooms are NON-SMOKING.
5. A priest is in-charge of each bus on the way to Dumaguete and on each van for the tour in Dumaguete City and environs and back to Cebu City. He acts as the BEADLE OR LEADER IN THE BUS/VAN: he makes sure that each passenger is already accounted for and appoints prayer leader/s inside the bus/van and gives reminders or announcements as needed.
6. Van assignments are based on clusters of room occupants; and so, for those who decide to swap rooms and roommates, please INFORM THE VAN LEADER of the specific cluster where you may eventually be part of.
7. LAUDS IN COMMON may be done inside the van on the way to the site and ROSARY IN COMMON on the way back to the Hotel. VESPERS WILL BE INTEGRATED IN OUR MASSES in the evening.
